Weekly Brambleton Real Estate Update for 6/29/09 to 7/5/09

As of today 7/6/2009, there are 45 active listings (-3) in MLS and 22 homes (-1) under contract in last 30 days.  This gives us an absorption rate of 2.0 which better than last week's rate of 2.1.  This is the lowest absorption rate since I've been tracking it since 2008.  Here's the breakdown of the active listings:
